Where data recipients are located in Third Countries not covered by an Adequacy Decision, we will rely on appropriate safeguards within the meaning of Section 29 of the PDPA, such as Standard Contractual Clauses. These clauses (as supplemented by additional contractual, technical, or organizational measures, where necessary) ensure an adequate level of data protection. Security
